Revid.ai Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by Revid SAS (“Revid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

1.1 Affiliates are eligible to earn a 30 % recurring commission on payments received from users they refer to Revid.ai for qualifying paid subscription plans.

1.2 Commissions are calculated on net revenue received from the referred user, excluding VAT/GST, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and promotional credits.

1.3 Commissions are paid monthly in arrears, provided the referred user account remains active and in good standing, and the Affiliate is in full compliance with these Terms.

PAYOUT TERMS

2.1 Payouts are made through your selected payment method, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold (e.g., €50 or equivalent).

2.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment and tax information is accurate and up to date.

2.3 Revid reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust any payment:

 • To investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or violations;

 • If the referred customer cancels or requests a refund;

 • In the event of chargebacks, disputes, or invalid referrals.

COMMISSION DURATION AND CAP

3.1 While we aim to reward long-term referrals, we reserve the right to modify or cap the commission duration at any time to ensure business sustainability.

3.2 At our discretion, commissions may be capped at 12 months from the date of the referred customer’s first payment.

3.3 These changes may apply prospectively to new referrals or, in rare cases, to existing ones, and will be communicated if materially impactful.

PROGRAM MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

4.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, eligibility rules, payment methods, duration limits, or terms.

4.2 These changes may affect future earnings. Commissions already earned and approved will be honored unless fraud or breach has occurred.

4.3 We may terminate any affiliate account immediately, without prior notice, for:

 • Breach of these Terms;

 • Fraudulent activity;

 • Conduct damaging to Revid's brand or business.

4.4 Affiliates acknowledge that the Program does not create a permanent entitlement to income. Participation is conditional, and commissions are not guaranteed indefinitely.

BRAND BIDDING, DISCOUNT CODE SEO, FRAUD & PROHIBITED PRACTICES

5.1 Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Bidding on keywords or phrases containing “Revid,” “revid.ai,” “Revid AI,” or any close variations or misspellings in any paid advertising platform, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms;

• Creating, publishing, or promoting pages, posts, videos, listings, ads, domains, or metadata designed to rank for or capture search traffic related to “Revid discount code,” “Revid coupon,” “Revid promo code,” “Revid deal,” or similar commercial-intent discount queries;

• Listing Revid discount codes on coupon websites, deal aggregators, browser-extension coupon tools, voucher directories, cashback websites, or similar platforms unless Revid has given prior written approval;

• Using SEO tactics, backlinks, schema markup, exact-match domains, page titles, headings, or indexed landing pages primarily designed to attract users searching for Revid discount, coupon, promo, or deal terms;

• Advertising or promoting a Revid discount code as the primary offer in paid ads, search ads, sponsored listings, or other acquisition campaigns;

• Impersonating Revid or misleading users into believing the Affiliate is an official Revid representative;

• Using fake accounts, bots, fraudulent identities, artificially generated traffic, misleading redirects, cloaking, click fraud, cookie stuffing, incentivized clicks, or any other manipulation of attribution or performance metrics.

5.2 Personalized discount codes are permitted only as an attribution and tracking aid within genuine Affiliate content, such as authentic product reviews, tutorials, educational videos, audio content, newsletters, community posts, or other content where the Affiliate is adding meaningful original value.

5.3 Discount codes must not be used for SEO traffic hacking, coupon-search capture, or brand-demand interception. The code should support genuine audience attribution, not serve as the main reason for the content’s existence.

5.4 Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by applicable law, platform rules, or advertising standards. Affiliate promotions must not be misleading and must clearly identify any commercial relationship where necessary.

5.5 If we suspect or detect any activity that:

• Infringes on our intellectual property;

• Misleads users;

• Damages our brand reputation;

• Manipulates performance metrics;

• Captures existing Revid demand through unauthorized coupon, discount, promo-code, or brand-search tactics;

• Harms our ability to operate, advertise, or maintain fair attribution —

we reserve the right to:

• Immediately terminate your affiliate account;

• Void current and future commissions;

• Withhold all unpaid commissions;

• Claw back any previously paid commissions;

• Remove or deactivate discount codes, links, or tracking identifiers;

• Pursue legal action for damages, including reputational harm, lost revenue, attribution abuse, or advertising penalties.

5.6 Determination of such violations will be at Revid’s sole discretion, and our decisions are final.

5.7 No self-referrals. Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, their household members, their employer, any entity they own or control, or via accounts they created, operate, or influence for the purpose of earning commissions. Revid may void such commissions.

GOOD FAITH & VIABILITY CLAUSE

6.1 We value our affiliate relationships and strive to reward those who support our growth.

6.2 However, as an AI-driven company with rapidly evolving infrastructure costs (e.g., LLM pricing, compute usage), we must retain flexibility to ensure the Program remains commercially viable.

6.3 We reserve the right to adjust the Program to align with financial realities, without incurring long-term liabilities that jeopardize the business.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

7.1 You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms shall create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Revid.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

AGREEMENT

By joining the revid.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

 • You have read and understood these Terms;

 • You agree to comply fully;

 • You accept that this Program may evolve over time, and your continued participation indicates ongoing agreement.

PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY (NOT LEGALLY BINDING)

Don’t bid on our brand name, publish “Revid discount code” SEO pages, list codes on coupon sites, or use promo codes to hijack search traffic. Personalized discount codes are allowed when shared inside genuine content, especially video, audio, tutorials, reviews, newsletters, or community content, because they help with attribution. But they cannot be used for coupon SEO or discount-code traffic hacking.

If you do this, we may terminate your account, void commissions, withhold unpaid amounts, and claw back previous payouts.

We want our partners to win with us, but only if it’s ethical and sustainable.
